Sunset Yoga on the Beach

Place: Marcinski Beach (Beach Marker 25/26)
Connect with the beauty that is all around you and join us for a sunset yoga practice on the beach as summer comes to a close. This is a donation-based Slow Flow class that will be accessible to anyone, of any fitness level. You can sign up under Class Schedule or just Show Up!
30 Day Digital Yoga Challenge
with the Yoga Shrink

Missed the June Challenge? Don’t miss this one. Commit to a little yoga everyday for 30 days. Join the PYT community and yogis from all over the USA as we embark on 30 days of yoga. All you need is access to the internet and 10 minutes a day. Make the commitment to you.
Your 30 Day Challenge includes:
• Participation in a private Facebook group with the Yoga Shrink and all the 30 Days participants
• Daily e-mails that will include yoga practices, challenges, journal prompts, recipes, and inspiration to aid you along your 30 days

Join Ashley as she leads you through a 75-minute, heated practice that will focus on building strength for your glutes, legs, and hips. The music and glow sticks will make it seem like you are “breaking it down” in the club. Shake your booty at Yoga-ooty!

Spend an hour exploring yoga together as a family! This class is designed for children – ages five and older – to explore yoga with their parents. Learn breathing techniques to calm you down, yoga postures that are fun to do as a family, as well as some kid-friendly guided meditations. Children and parents are encouraged to come together.
Foundations of the Flow

Access more Power and Ease in your practice!
Learn the foundation of our practice at the Power Yoga Tribe! We will review and practice breath, core stabilization and alignment of key poses so that you can have a more empowered and safe practice. Special attention will be given to Downward Facing Dog, High to Low Push-Up, Upward Facing Dog, as well as twists and backbends.
You will learn how to avoid common injuries and find more strength and ease in your practice. Anyone and everyone will benefit from this workshop, from the brand new yogi to the advanced practitioner. Sign up online today!
