with Farzad Darui, RYT200

Join us in learning about the 7 Chakras. Explore how to use them to fine-tune your life and yoga practice according to your unique personality and circumstances. Understanding the chakras allows us to see the relationship between our consciousness and our body. By practicing a yogic life that corresponds to each chakra, we can clear the path to better living and higher consciousness.
