PYT Yoga Teachers
Caitlin Zink, RYT-200 Caitlin has been interested in nutrition, health, and fitness from a very young age. Although she started dancing at age 7, Caitlin focused mainly on ballet as she got older, and achieved great success as a ballerina. During college, she took classes in nutrition, dance, and the science of the human body, all of which contributed to her desire to work in the health and wellness field. Caitlin worked for many years as a weight loss consultant, working with individuals on the nutritional, physical, and mental aspects of a healthy body. Although she was always physically active, it was after moving to Florida in 2011 that she was introduced to Power Vinyasa Yoga. Caitlin was immediately drawn to the physical and mental healing this style of yoga created, not only for herself but for others as well. After practicing for over a year, she decided to embark on yoga teacher training. In June 2013, she completed her yoga teacher training with Christen & Preston Scott at the Power Yoga Tribe. Caitlin is a nationally certified teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She loves teaching and it shows when you take one of her classes. Caitlin and her fiancé, Roland Garey, are due to have a little boy in late October. They live in Palm Beach Gardens enjoying a life of health, peace, and joy. The wisdom of Paramahansa Yogananda leads her to “Keep smiling within, pulsating with deep joy, ever ready to act and spiritually ambitious to help others.”
Chris Twyman, RYT-200 Chris started his yoga practice in 2010 as a way to heal and strengthen his back from years of basketball. His mother, Marion, who is an instructor and holistic worker convinced him that it would do more good then physical therapy. Within two weeks, Chris was hooked his back pain was gone and he felt better then ever. He also fell in love with the meditative aspects of yoga as much if not more than the physical. Chris found spirituality through self discovery brought on by the practice of yoga and mediation. He took his 200 hour teacher certification at Kripalu Yoga Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts the summer of 2013. Yoga is a big part of Chris’ Family, his mother is a certified cranial sacral therapist, reflexologist and yoga instructor, his sister is also a certified instructor. Chris’ class is very meditative and he tries to keep a lighthearted, fun feel while giving an intense workout. His class is constantly changing exploring different styles of yoga and chi gong that he feels fit with his classes flow. He enjoys playing music and strongly emphasizes the importance of the breath during his class.
Rosalynn Garey, RYT-200 Rosalynn began practicing yoga over 15 years ago. In 2013, Rosalynn decided to merge her two passions (yoga and healthcare) and began her yoga teacher training at the Power Yoga Tribe. Rosalynn is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). Health and wellness from yoga for all, has been Rosalynn’s mission as a yoga teacher.
