Class Schedule

All Levels Class: A powerful, heated, energetic 75-minute practice that is based on the flow of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Attention will be focused on the breath through this vigorous and challenging practice. Restorative poses end the practice. You will leave feeling cleansed, relaxed, and focused.

Power Hour: All Levels Class condensed into 60 minutes with less focus on restorative poses.

Happy Hour: All Levels Class set to music.

Tribal Flow: All Levels Class set to yoga-inspired music with minimal cuing.

Free Community Class: Free Power Hour Class taught by Power Yoga Tribe 200-RYT Graduates, Teachers-in-Training, and/or Guest Teachers.

Take Flight Clinic: 75-minute heated class that will start with a vinyasa warm-up and flow into an arm balance and inversion clinic.  This class is great for beginners wanting to learn arm balances and inversions and for advanced yogis to focus on their inversion practice.

Yoga Bootcamp: 75min class for all fitness levels that combines yoga postures with interval training to give you an intense, strength-building work-out. Areas targeted include glutes, legs, abs and upper body. If you are looking to take your yoga to the next level by challenging yourself physically and mentally, this class is for you. Bootcamp portion of class is set to music.

The Basics Class: 75-minute, semi-heated class will teach you the foundations of the PYT practice.  More time will be spent on finding the proper alignment of each pose.  This class only meets on the 1st Saturday of every month.

Slow Flow: This class is great for older students, those dealing with injuries, and for people looking for a slower pace than our other power yoga classes.  The class focuses on yoga postures that increase balance and flexibility as well as build strength.  Many modifications are taught so that people can take the practice at their own pace and fitness level.  (This is a non-heated class.)

Yoga for Cancer Survivors: In collaboration with the Sari Center, yoga for cancer survivors is for anyone dealing with the effects of cancer. This is gentle and restorative practice that focuses on balance and restoration for your body and mind.  $10 Donation suggested.  All proceeds go directly to the Sari Center. (This is a non-heated class.)

Wall Yin: Yin yoga is a non-active form of yoga. The entire class is at the wall, using the wall for a more restorative practice. This is excellent for people looking for a deeply restorative practice and for those with limited flexibility. (This is a non-heated class.)

Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra is a 45-minute guided meditation that induces deep relaxation of the body-mind. The technique of Yoga Nidra enables you to remain aware while you enter into the dream and sleeping states of consciousness. It creates deep relaxation for health, mental peace and higher awareness. (This is a non-heated class.)

Yoga Personal Training Session: Scheduled by Appointment Only. Learn one-on-one or in a small group with a PYT instructor of your choice at the studio or at your home or office.

1hr. Private (up to 2 people): $100*
*Each additional person: $25

In-Class Private Session: Scheduled by Appointment Only.  Be assisted one-on-one during an entire class by one of the PYT teachers or assistants.  This session will help you find the proper alignment of poses for your body and help you take your practice to new places.
